Travel to a non-english or spanish country. (Amsterdam planned for April)
while English is widely spoken in Amsterdam, it is not the official language. Most menus offered an english translation, but I would often look at it in Dutch. I loved everything about Amsterdam, minus the lack of mountains. If there were mountains readily available I could see myself wanting to live there.
It took me a while to get through the City of Bikes. It was absolutely fascinating, but after binging on Harry Potter lately, it was a more intelligent read. I was fascinated with the book and recommend it to people that like cycling (recreational not necessarily racing) and history.
Yoga once a week (20/52)
This was easy, I did one yoga app class while in London (which my niece did some with me and continued to call it yogi all week) and of course made it to my favorite class 3 times this month. While I am super excited for my instructor, I am bummed that she is now on maternity leave, it'll be a bit harder for me to keep making this goal.
Follow one new recipe a week
Seriously I have had such an aversion to cooking. It could be because of the cost of trying new recipes or the fact that I have been going out mid week more lately but man have I totally sucked on this goal.
Begin volunteering regularly at the Albany Pine Bush
I still haven't completed all of my training, but I don't have too much left!
Explore all of the Pine Bush trails
There is a new trail at trailhead 7 and I struggled to run a bit of it last weekend. Either I am wildly out of trail shape or it was exceptionally brutal.
Cross off 12 Bucket List goals (3/12)
Nothing new to cross off - but did add a new country (The Netherlands) and UNESCO site
Overall I think I've been making steady progress towards most of my goals and I think that they are within reach.
