2015 Goals : March in Review

2015 goals: March in Review

  • Travel to a non-english or spanish country.
    • Leaving April 2nd.
  • Read 36 books (11/36)
  • I've been on a major reading frenzy, which is a nice break after excessive binging on House of Cards.  I've read I books this month. My favorite being In The Woods by Tana French.
  • Yoga once a week (16/52)
    • I am still in love with my yoga instructor & also the yoga studio app.
  • Follow one new recipe a week (4/52)
    • Nope.
  • Begin volunteering regularly at the Albany Pine Bush 
  • I did do some more of the required work for becoming a volunteer naturalist but am not official yet.
  • Explore all of the Pine Bush trails (8/15)
    • I finally found the Blueberry Hill East trail and how it connects to my neighborhood.  I am definitely looking forward to running that one more.
  • Cross off 12 Bucket List goals (4/12)
    • I consider myself very lucky to have the friends that I do.  With very short notice my friend Lisa joined me to go to a Rollerderby bout. I had wanted to see one in action for years, and enjoyed it, despite not really understanding the points system.  We are both interested enough to consider joining once she finishes up her degree. (Which would be another bucketlist goal)
    •  I also convinced a friend to go to see Rocky Horry Picture Shoe with the live actors.  Ever since reading about it the Perks of Being a Wallflower, I've wanted to see this in action, it was loads of fun and I would definitely go again.
