A Weekend in Vancouver

Day 13 Was spent at sea and preparing for life back on land.  Sort of.  Rather than blowing through Vancouver we decided to spend the weekend there.  The disembarkation was very easy and our hotel was quite close. I could go into super detail about the whole weekend, but the short of it is: Vancouver is cool.
Walking in Stanley Park

a steam clock in Gastown

allegedly these are all balancing on their own...

Totem Poles in Stanley Park

entrance to Grainville Island

Public Market

chinese gardens, Chinatown

I really enjoyed Vancouver.  I hope someday I get to visit for longer than 2 days but a fun city.  I was surprised by their lack of vegetarian options at their restaurants but enjoyed the local craft beers. Grainville was my favorite lots of cute shops that finally weren't all tacky souvenirs.
