In the theme of weddings, my childhood best friend Julie (who I've known since the ripe age of 2) had her bachelorette weekend out at Buttongrove Winery on Cayuga Lake, NY. If you're looking for a little cabin camping get away, check them out, it is wonderful.
In between all of the fun, came the end of the school year, which I'd love to share pictures of my kiddos doing their class play, but I don't have consent of parents and don't want to tick anyone off. But take my word for it, they were adorable!
I was also offered, and accepted a full time head teacher position at my montessori school. They will be sending me to montessori training and I will start up my own primary classroom in the fall (3,4,5,6 year olds)
And while everything else has been wonderful and exciting, the icing on the cake is that I became an aunt yesterday to a 7 pound, 4 oz little girl. She came earlier than we expected, but seems happy and healthy and will go home tomorrow. I haven't had a chance to meet her yet, since she lives in London, but I will in about a month.
In between all the happy happenings lately, I haven't really missed running ( almost )
