New Training Plan

Before leaving for Spain, I had developed a very busy running schedule to help me train for the Disney Goofy Challenge.  However, after being here for almost 3 weeks, I have found it hard to find the time to fit in all the runs I initially planned.  After missing a run, I start to stress out and then avoiding runs because I keep thinking about it too much.  So for now, I've decided to scrap Bart Yasso's perfect 10 plan and focus on a more simple plan of running 4-5 miles a few days a week with long runs on the weekend ( also with 5 or so miles the following day because I am running both the half and the full. )  This way, I don't need to think so much about if it should be a track workout or tempo run.  While those are very important,  for now while I am traveling the most important thing is for me to just run.  I'll have a month and half when I return and I can focus on picking up my speed and doing some speed work then. As a guide, I'll be following this Training Plan.

    i personally cant run more than 3 times a week or else i get injured and burnt out.
